Differences between Counselling & Coaching?
Both Counselling and Psychotherapy have a tendency to be more problem focused where as coaching is more solution focused. In counselling you are likely to explore feelings and emotions around specific personal issues. Where as coaching is directive, structured and great for people who feel reasonably happy and on track in their lives, but are looking for some skills and support to reach there goals.
Overall, both approaches aim to improve quality of life.
